CWT Sitos was founded in 2002 by Martin Versteeg, Dick de Bruin and Erik Brink. They have built the company to its present size. Emphasis has always been on the link of a long-term partnership with processing and manufacturing industry and related trade.

In October 2008 CWT (www.cwtcommodities.com) acquired a 60% stake in Sitos. Thus giving CWT Sitos new growth possibilities.
